ISKCON Temple (Kharghar)

Navi Mumbai

About

The International Society for Krishna Consciousness (ISKCON) was established in 1966 by Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada. Since then, ISKCON has developed into a worldwide Hare Krishna movement. ISKCON Kharghar’s structure is a pristine white structure and is the first ISKCON temple in Navi Mumbai. The construction of this sprawling temple spread over 8 acres of evergreen land and surrounded by the Sahyadri mountains, began in 2012. Apart from being a religious centre, the Kharghar temple has an exclusive cultural & Vedic educational centre in its premises, a Bhaktivedanta auditorium, guest house and a library.

ISKCON Kharghar is situated only 5 kilometres away from the Navi Mumbai Airport and offers a landscape that can instantly calm your mind. All ISKCON centres are known for their excellent hospitality and catering, and the Kharghar centre is no different. You can plan a stay at the guest house and attend the various pujas while learning more about our Vedas and Lord Krishna.
