About
The Area
Along the Arabian Coast, you'll find the village of Velneshwar which has one of the most beautiful beaches that's untouched by large crowds. Come here for the rock-free sandy beaches and coconut gardens and stay for its historical significance. History is weaved into the region as you'll find many holy temples in the area including an ancient Shiva temple built around 400 years ago. The village is also close to Jaigad that houses waterfront ruins of a fort built in the 16th century with a lighthouse added to it in 1932. You can explore the region to enjoy some amazing views of the sea.

With spacious cottages dotted on a hillock, MTDC Velneshwar overlooks the crescent-shaped Velneshwar beach and is the perfect place to enjoy the pleasant sea breeze all day long.
